An important collaboration is the duo CASUAL INTIMACY with composer, pianist and keyboard player Klas Nevrin who uses retuned harpzither with effects for extended possibilities of sound/color and microtonality.

We go back a long time as friends: we started out playing around with two pianos and studying music theory together. We took a deep dive into sounds, music and musical creativity together over a time period of 25 years. As a duo we explore improvisation, microtonality and poly-rhythm allowing us to experiment freely as improvisers, in tune with our musical influences such as western contemporary music, jazz and north indian classical music.

I believe that the music we create together, although all too rarely in public, is really deeply personal!
